- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Accounting, tax and business consulting needs vary widely by the individual, company and industry. We don't like surprises and we know you don't either when it has a financial impact. To avoid this, we conduct a thorough discovery of your current activity, your goals and what type of support you would like from us. From that, we create a comprehensive, value-based and flat-rate quote that you can budget for month-over-month. Sometimes, it's difficult to assess activity when you're new to business. In that case, we provide a very competitive hourly rate for services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
What you can expect: 1. A full discovery process up-front to clearly outline your needs and assess your activity and goals. 2. On-boarding can take a bit but it will be smooth sailing when it's done. We walk you through the check-list and help you through to completion. 3. Ongoing communication, reports, etc. vary with your needs and the services you have engaged. You should always expect great service and communication that works for you. We do send automated reminders and updates regarding laws, regulations or changes that may impact you or your business. 4. Our staff conducts quarterly check-ins, at minimum, to ensure you are satisfied and getting all the support you need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always - continued education in accounting, tax and human resources is a must. Our staff continues education through Intuit, various human resources agencies, tax releases, seminars, webinars and more.
