Got annual maintenance / inspection of HVAC done. These guys were right on time, took care of air filters, inspected furnace, ducts, and cleaned AC condenser. Shared before and after pictures. The condenser coil was literally clogged due to previous occupant having multiple pets. I'm glad it's now taken care of.
