We bought a house about a year ago, and there was almost no lighting throughout the house. We asked around, and a few neighbors and online chats recommended Yaro at Golden Coast electrical.
We wanted to start with our family room, and since it was the first story with no attic space, they had to cut out some drywall to install the dimmer switch and run new wire. We thought we would need to hire another drywall person to patch up the walls, but they were able to patch the walls, match the texture, and paint, which was awesome. My wife appreciated that they left our home clean too.
We've used them for other electrical needs ever since and has always been a pleasure to work with Yaro and his team.

I had an electrical outage in my home during some extremely cold weather. I contacted SMUD to take a look at it, and they gave me some very bad news, and said that my main breaker went out on my panel, and they weren't able to restore power until that got fixed.
I had one electrician come out and tell me that he wouldn't be able to get it repaired for about a week, since they don't make those type of breakers anymore, and a new one would have to get shipped in.
Then I called GCE. They showed up, immediately helped get my permit approved the same day, and sourced the exact breaker that we needed to get repaired the same day. We couldn't get an inspection until the next day, so we were without power for 1 night, but I don't imagine having to live without it for ONE WEEK with such cold weather.
Golden Coast Energy & Electric was very understanding, very communicative, showed us the different options including a panel upgrade, and very solution oriented. You can tell they care.
DEFINITELY highly recommend for any electrical needs. I'll be reaching out in the future for sure.
