What do you enjoy about the work you do?

Eric Tremoureux initially started Tech-Boy Computer Solutions in Citrus Heights, CA in 2003. In the beginning, he struggled with the start up of a new up and coming affordable mobile computer repair service in the Sacramento area. He came before most other companies you see currently in the area today. He would even take his 4-year-old son with him on his very first jobs until he could afford daycare services. After the 1st year, business was booming and even with all the new competition in town, the phones never stopped ringing. We take pride in knowing that those very first customers are still with us to this today due to that initial phone call and service they received. This first impression is very crucial to our great success.

Q&A

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always make sure the service provider has a license to do business. They need to produce a Bureau of Electronic & Appliance Repair Number at least, but it is recommended they also have a business license of some type to operate a business. Check the BBB and their rating, plus check their reputation on sites like Angie's List, Google, Yahoo, and Yelp. Most honest repair places will not charge an hourly rate, but instead a fixed rate so you don't get overwhelmed with a high cost.
