Introduction: Give us a try...we know you will be pleasantly surprised! Tech-Boy Computer Solutions offers affordable on-site computer services for your home and small-business needs. We provide that personal touch that seems to be missing these days with most computer-support services. We work with all types of computer brands, including Dell, HP, Compaq, Sony VAIO, Gateway, E-Machine, Acer, Fujitsu, Toshiba, Lenovo, IBM, and Apple. We work for many clients with many different needs, and we understand the urgency to have your system up and running. Tech-Boy Computer Solutions works hard to fix your PC’s problem, solve your need in a timely fashion, and get it right the first time. Eric Tremoureux initially started Tech-Boy Computer Solutions in Citrus Heights, CA in 2003. In the beginning, he struggled with the start up of a new up and coming affordable mobile computer repair service in the Sacramento area. He came before most other companies you see currently in the area today. He would even take his 4-year-old son with him on his very first jobs until he could afford daycare services. After the 1st year, business was booming and even with all the new competition in town, the phones never stopped ringing. We take pride in knowing that those very first customers are still with us to this today due to that initial phone call and service they received. This first impression is very crucial to our great success.

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always make sure the service provider has a license to do business. They need to produce a Bureau of Electronic & Appliance Repair Number at least, but it is recommended they also have a business license of some type to operate a business. Check the BBB and their rating, plus check their reputation on sites like Angie's List, Google, Yahoo, and Yelp. Most honest repair places will not charge an hourly rate, but instead a fixed rate so you don't get overwhelmed with a high cost.
