Contacted them on a Monday to put flooring into a bedroom. They replied the same day and confirmed for Thursday the same week. The day of there was confusion on my part on what was needed for the floor so I sent a pic. I DID need an underlay and Max picked it up for me. He was in and out in less than 3 hours. Very professional and floors look great!
