Tim and his dad are very efficient and work incredibly fast while still doing a high-quality job at a price that fit my budget. Since I live a few miles away from the property, they kept me updated on the progress and were always very responsive to my questions, especially regarding materials. I was amazed that they finished the flooring in my rental house in just one day and six hours, and they also cleaned up the area very well. Other contractors had told me the project would take about a week. It’s easy to see why they stay so busy and always have jobs lined up, and I’m really glad they were able to fit my project into their schedule. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and look forward to working with them again for the flooring project in my own home. 🤗😁

Tim responded to my request for a flooring specialist very quickly and came over a day later early in the morning. He was quick and efficient and did a great job. The job was to lay about 150sq2 of laminate flooring in our kitchen because the dishwasher broke and water damaged most of the kitchen floor. He offered the best pricing for the appropriate 2.5 hr job. Definitely recommend.

Tim and team did an absolutely outstanding job on our flooring installation. I was genuinely impressed by their speed, efficiency, and attention to detail. This was not a straightforward unit—there were multiple flooring types involved, including carpet removal, unexpected tile discovered underneath, and varying subfloor conditions across the bedrooms, living room, and loft. Tim and his team handled everything seamlessly, including proper floor leveling and custom cuts to accommodate the quirks of an older building, ensuring a high-quality install. The craftsmanship is excellent. The seams are incredibly clean and tight, transitions between spaces are well thought out, and the finished floors look precise and intentional. They also removed and rehung doors as needed to trim them correctly after installation, which made a noticeable difference in the final result. The loft installation in particular was done beautifully. Beyond the quality of work, Tim was professional, organized, and left the space clean throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the quality, speed, and attention to detail, and would highly recommend them without hesitation. I added some before and after photos of the floor.
