We had about 800 square feet plus two full flights of stairs of LVP installed, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The quality is amazing — not a single issue, everything looks perfect. Tim and his Team got it all done in just two days, working long hours and really putting in the effort. His price was more than fair — the best I came across — and the work was worth every penny. He clearly knows what he’s doing, communicates well, and really cares about the job he’s doing. Super responsive and just overall great to work with. I wouldn’t change a thing and highly recommend him.

You know that moment when someone does a job so well, you just stand there, look around, and think, “Did this man just do all of this in two hours or is he secretly part of the Avengers?” That was me after Tsimafei finished transforming my 10x12 office shed. This man isn’t just good. He’s annoyingly good. Like, “why are your caulk lines straighter than my life choices” kind of good. From the molding to the baseboards to the flawless floor layout, it was all done with precision and pride. And let me tell you, when someone cares about symmetry in your floor the way a surgeon cares about stitching, you know you’ve got the right guy. Here’s the kicker. I didn’t have a transition piece. I thought I was going to have to order one and wait a week. But no. Tsimafei was like, “I got you,” and installed one he had on hand just because. Who does that? Legends do. He kept his worksite cleaner than a hospital hallway and moved with the speed of someone who has a secret Red Bull sponsorship. In just over two hours, he handled flooring, baseboards, door trim, caulking, and left the space cleaner than he found it. Would I hire him again? In a heartbeat. In fact, I might start inventing projects just to have him come back. Tsimafei, if you're reading this, please don’t get too famous. I’m going to need you again.

Outstanding Work & Professionalism – Highly Recommend Tim! Tim went above and beyond! He drove all the way from Sacramento to Stockton to help fix several gaps in my floors. I initially told him there were about 7–8 gaps, but it turned out to be well over 15. Even with the added work, Tim remained patient, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Every time I found another gap, he didn’t get frustrated or annoyed. instead, he happily added it to the work order and provided an updated quote on the spot. After fixing the first two gaps, he even asked me to inspect them to ensure I was completely satisfied before continuing. Not only did he do excellent work, but he also took the initiative to look for additional gaps on his own, making sure nothing was missed before he left. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. Tim is hardworking, professional, honest, and fair with his pricing. We will definitely be hiring him again when it’s time to replace the bedroom carpets with new flooring. Highly recommend this talented young man. you won’t be disappointed!

Tim was very responsive, worked with my schedule and my budget. He did an AMAZING job! I had another pro come and start the project and it didn't look quite right. Tim came and gave me a few pointers and ended up redo-ing all of other for the same quoted price and MUCH better. He was also very efficient with his time. I've never seen edges so perfect.
