- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Right now our pricing is very low because we are new and trying to build clientele. Our original customers will retain our original rates after we established ourselves more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask them if there is anything we need to know, including any broken or delicate items that we should be careful of, or if theres any sensitivities to chemicals, and if they have their special cleaning products they want us to use.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did Water and Fire Restoration for a few years. I made sure houses passed mold clearance tests. I also steam cleaned carpets for a few years.
