Eric from eTek was very punctual and professional. He brought the adapters I needed and did a great job setting up my new Mac Mini and transferring data from the old one. He reorganized all my wiring. He also did a great job setting up and calibrating my new weather station. I highly recommend.

Eric came in and was very friendly and polite. He immediately got to work asking what problems we were having and then addressing them. He explained what was wrong and what he had to do. He did not use a lot of geek language but explained everything so that we could understand. He did everything very efficiently and did it right. He was also very patient with us without making us feel like dummies for not understanding all the complexities of computers. The computer he worked on works better than it ever has. we are very happy with his work.

Eric has done work for our family for years, too many projects to list. The guy can fix or install anything - an air conditioner, surround sound, dimmer switches, water filtration system, lawn mower, computer, garage opener, appliances, etc.

His work is impeccable. He cleans up after himself and guarantees his work. We won’t use anyone else. Would give him 10 stars if I could.
