- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum charge is $150.00 which in most cases covers up to two (2) hours of labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We identify ourselves either by phone, text, or in person. Then we proceed to determine the problem and identify ways to solve it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an Electrical Engineer currently pursuing a Masters in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
