Introduction: My passion is to help each person based on their unique and specific situation. My services focus on Stress Reduction, Personal Training, and Nutritional Guidance and I find that when most people work on one or more of these aspects one can find optimal health and wellness in their life. Stress Reduction There are many misconceptions about stress. The most common one is “life is stressful, just accept it”. That's why I created a truly unique and one of a kind training opportunity to stop responding with stress. The sole purpose of this training is to show you stressful living is not required as part of life and is definitely not an acceptable form of “normal” living. Most importantly, this training will help you STOP STRESSFUL LIVING NOW AND FOREVER! The best part of this training is it's only a 2 session course (with optional follow up sessions). Nutrition we consume directly affects not only how we look and feel physically, but how our brain functions through various challenges of life. We will focus on the importance of nutritional requirements such as total calories, proteins, carbohydrates, and fats and how shifting each of these components in various ways can assist with achieving specific goals of each person. Nutrition does not have to be overly complicated to successfully achieve results and feel better. The goal is to develop healthy nutrition habits that are sensible and will fuel results without feeling like a dreaded "diet".

I was lucky enough to have found myself in a couple of Terry's stress awareness and stress management trainings. I really wasnt aware of all the direct linkages between stress and both physical and mental health. I took the knowledge to heart and really started to change the way I view things and I can honestly say that these courses were the first steps in me starting on my journey to better physical and mental health. I'd highly recommend to anyone who wants to improve their overall health.

I've met with Terry twice now and he's super helpful! Plus he was flexible when I got sick a day before we were supposed to go over his stress presentation, which I really appreciated. Overall I've been happy choosing him as my personal trainer because he's really kept me motivated so far, and I like how he willing to go that extra mile. I haven't tried exercising yet with him, but that's due to a nasty fall I had on Monday where my whole body still hurts just trying to walk! If you're hesitant about who to choose, I'd recommend messaging Terry, because the introduction is free and there was no commitment if you decide not to, but I had decided within a minute that I would, simply because I like his style. He doesn't just focus on exercise. Terry's approach is more holistic, which I prefer because of my anxiety, depression, etc. He also has really low rates, which I like (being a pretty broke college student...)
