I have been working with Cade now for about 5 months. Actually, he has been working with me! What I appreciate about Cade is that he does not have a “one size fits all” approach. This is partly because he has a wealth and depth of experience and knowledge to draw from. He is also very flexible on a daily basis. If you want a “program” he has them. If you want variability based on your daily condition, he has it. If one day you just want to stretch and do some mat work, he’s with you. Cade is a good investment if you are looking for a multi-pronged approach toward restoring and maintaining your optimal you.

I was looking for someone to help my brother who had a stroke 3 years ago . The rehabs have said that he's plateaued and just sent him home to work on his own. Cade has been a great personal trainer! He always tries to make workouts fun and distracting so you don't realize how much time has passed. He pushes you to reach your potential but he is not a "drill sergeant" about it. He treats you like a friend and keeps it professional at the same time.
