My choice of inspectors was made easy by Salvador, he was immediately responsive to all my phone calls and questions even before the inspection was done. I was given a price quote, and was told what to expect with the inspection and when to expect the test results. I received two professional reports with photos, explanations and lab results as well as a phone call from Salvador to review the results with me and answer my questions. Yes, I would definitely refer Dominguez Property Inspections.

I researched mr Dominguez before appointing him to inspect my propsed house purchase. Hi knowledge and experience gave me the confidence he would be thorough. I was proved right. He was fully equipped and spent detailed time to investigate every corner of the house above and beyond expecations. Other reators were present and were so impressed with his diligence, I thought he might run out of cards.

Our prices depend on several factors of a home. Square feet, age and location. Additional services are also offered, pool and spa, mold inspections.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do!!! We take time throughout the year to focus on continuing education. Weather that be from our membership with our organizations to local county and state regulations. We attend seminars, workshops and classes to stay current with news and information.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was a assistant to a general contractor during high school. Then decide to get my building inspector certifications at CSULB. Became a home inspector, and been doing it over 10 years.
