I hired DJ Special Effects for my sister-in-laws 60th Birthday Celebration. We all had a BLAST!!! What a wonderful fun evening. I met with the DJ's a week before the party to discuss music, venue set up and the schedule for the evening. Both gentlemen were warm and friendly, very professional and responded to my requests. They felt more like family than recent hires. They set up on time and played music completely appropriate for the guest of honor and all of her guests. People who opted to not dance even enjoyed the music and watching others dance. I would definitely hire DJ Special Effects again. Thanks again guys for a really great time. 💚

DJ Silk Sud played for my 22nd birthday party. He played all the right music, the lights, the fog...I loved it!! It was so perfect. Everyone that attended my party also enjoyed his music and the party. I would definitely recommend him to other people that's looking for a DJ. I would also have him at my next party, it was definitely a night to remember.

Wayne was hired by my sister, Brenda R., and myself to provide DJ and audio/visual services for our father's 90th Birthday celebration. The event was hosted at McCormick & Schmick restaurant in El Segundo, CA on Saturday, November 5, 2016.
Wayne was very helpful in determining what was needed to make the evening a success. He met with us to inspect the venue prior to the big night and offered feedback on seating configuration and furniture placement in order to give him easy access to his DJ station without disrupting our guests.
Wayne's equipment was top notch and appropriate for the venue. The music played that evening was chosen from a list curated by myself, and Wayne did a great job of moving between uptempo and mellow songs, and kept a good vibe in the room.
Overall, the evening was a smash success, with positive reviews from all our guests, and Wayne certainly did his part to contribute to the outcome. My sister and I found him to be personable and easy to work with, and warmly recommend his services.

I got married this weekend. The DJ Wayne did an excellent job. The music was perfect when we walked down the aisle, and during the reception he had everyone on the dance floor. I would highly recommend him.
