These guys are really great - scheduling is super easy, the guys arrived exactly on time and resolved our issues (blocked drains) super quickly. They are now out go to plumbers.

Had two workers over the past two days and both were amazing! Both made sure I understood what the plumbing issue was and what repairs they were doing. They did not make me feel stupid for not knowing or annoyed with my questions! The made sure I was educated and the value of the money spent on the repairs. Wonderful experience with Caltek and Rudy specifically! Leaky kitchen sink had us worried about the pipes, but Rudy was able to find the easy solution in about 2 minutes. He was super pleasant to work with and didn’t mind the inconvenience of us calling him out here, just to find the problem was tightening the faucet.
We will absolutely be using Rudy and Caltek again for our plumbing needs.

Since I know some of you just come here looking for the negatives the only bad thing I have to say is that they were always early. Like over an hour early one time. Ended up working out okay for me but hopefully that tells you already how good they were.
They were in and out in what seemed like 5 minutes with the initial visit to diagnose the issue. We bought our own toilet that they came back to install which was going smoothly until a part was missing!! Jordan was extremely patient and continued to clean up and do what he could while I was on the phone with the less than helpful representative from the manufacturer. He then went completely above and beyond going to Home Depot in search of a part that neither of us were convinced was actually sold there despite the fact that the manufacturer support representative told us otherwise and unfortunately he was not able to find it at either location that he visited. He came back a few days later once we had the part in hand from the manufacture and completed the installation very efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend the service for any of your plumbing needs!

Had a great experience working with Caltek.
Iris was very good at responding to calls and arranging the logistics.
Jesus and his companion worked very hard for the new gas line installation in our house and I'm very impressed with their work.
I would surely work with CalteK again for any future plumbing needs I have.
One small suggestion to Caltek is to also help finish the patch work as part of their plumbing job because it is very difficult to work with another person to complete the patch work.
