I had an unusual situation that involved a whole-house diagnostic of pipes to make sure they could handle a dramatically increased load. The plumbers did a very thorough job, noting various minor issues here and there before giving everything the "a-ok."

They were super courteous and communicative, on top of being consummate pros.
