- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work closely with each client to create a project plan based on their budget, we help our clients save money by providing them with our contractor’s discount at a wide variety of stores for purchasing tiles, appliances, fixtures and more
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with scheduling an on-site visit with one of our project managers, At the time of the appointment we listen carefully to your vision to better understand your needs and answer any questions you may have. We then precede with inspecting and measuring the area that needs to be remodeled, Once we have all information needed we will sit down and work on layout, design and finish material selection. Once the design and planning are complete, we provide a cost price and timeline for completion of the project. We do work very closely with our clients from start to finish to insure customer satisfaction

General Contractors License, General Engineers License, Water Damage and Mold Restoration Certified
