- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We request a deposit of $1,000 to start your project. We then bill you for our project services after the completion of each phase of the project. The last payment is made after the completion of the project. Payments are arranged as the job site progresses.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plan for Success Work with our project manager to receive a custom proposal tailored to your renovation goals with a detailed scope of work. Envision Your Dream Use our curated design system and access our in-house designers to bring your space to life. We will order the materials and prepare for your renovation. Relax while We Build We will build and transform your space in budget and on time. We are 100% licensed and insured and we keep you updated with every milestone throughout the build.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All laborers and project managers solely work for Green Bay Remodeling. We do not subcontract our members, all project managers have a background in design as well as construction. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
