We had the *BEST* experience with Green Bay Remodeling! Our home turned out better than we could have imagined. Ariel, our Project Manager, was knowledgable, friendly, responsive, and always acted ethically and professionally. He also gracefully navigated heated design disputes between my husband and I, and I'm happy to say we are still married!! (haha) We appreciated Ariel's sincere desire to have the project come out exactly as we envisioned, regardless of whether it meant extra work for his crew. Ariel gave us a realistic timeline of the work (though we were delayed 11 months by the city's permitting process) and actually finished well ahead of schedule. Ariel went well ABOVE AND BEYOND with efforts for a very beautiful outcome and happy clients. Our construction team was careful to clean up any mess at the end of the day and was very respectful of our deadlines, schedules, and our tenant (who lived in her little cottage throughout the noise and inconvenience of construction). The construction bid was on the high side of those we interviewed but we very much appreciated not being "nickel and dimed" as friends were experiencing from a different company at the same time. The bid price they submitted on the contract was what we paid, despite the price of lumber going up enormously and unexpectedly during Covid, and we liked that we paid in stages as work was completed. This was a large kitchen remodel, turning a bedroom into an open-concept extension of the kitchen, adding a large deck, replacing floors, and painting (we also upgraded media and HVAC through other companies happening during the project and our construction team worked well with them). I wholeheartedly recommend Green Bay Remodeling to anyone looking to make the construction process less of a headache and to achieve a beautiful end result.

Very good feelings which showed up on the high quality work. Jay, the project manager had it all under control and managed the project beautifully. Lots of details and steps were followed to give us exactly what we asked for. The 3D photos from Ariana looked just like our final remodel. Thank you Jay! I had a fantastic experience with Green Bay Remodeling. I hired them in the December of 2020, and they redesigned and renovated my kitchen in March/April 2021.They really suit well for busy people who want a top-notch luxurious bathroom or kitchen renovations. What makes them stand out for me is that I do not have to deal with multiple contractors; they are like a one-stop shop. I had to only co-ordinate with my project manager for all my questions, and they also provided real-time updates through their software. They work end-to-end, and they take care of the minutest of details. In addition, the team was amicable and prompt. The quality of work done is very high, and every guest of mine is praising my new kitchen. I have already recommended them to all my guests!

What can I say about Ariel and the team at Green Bay Remodeling. they went above and beyond any and all of my expectations on my first remodel 0f my loft in San Francisco.Ariel helped my with the design and held my hand through the the entire process all the way through the end of the construction. They basically helped me create a brand new bathroom and gave me new kitchen countertops and backsplash. they even put in new recess lighting in the kitchen and hallway when I didnt even ask them. Ariels timeliness and attention to detail was great. we had the project originally from 4 to 6 weeks and they finished way ahead of schedule. They did an amazing job on keeping the apartment clean and aerials professionalism went above and beyond anything I would expect. I highly recommend Ariel and Green Bay Remodeling to any and all people wanting to do a remodel and I will highly recommend Green Bay remodeling and Ariel to all my friends as well. thank you so much for a job well done!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We request a deposit of $1,000 to start your project. We then bill you for our project services after the completion of each phase of the project. The last payment is made after the completion of the project. Payments are arranged as the job site progresses.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plan for Success Work with our project manager to receive a custom proposal tailored to your renovation goals with a detailed scope of work. Envision Your Dream Use our curated design system and access our in-house designers to bring your space to life. We will order the materials and prepare for your renovation. Relax while We Build We will build and transform your space in budget and on time. We are 100% licensed and insured and we keep you updated with every milestone throughout the build.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All laborers and project managers solely work for Green Bay Remodeling. We do not subcontract our members, all project managers have a background in design as well as construction. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
