If you want an estimate, please provide details. The menu selections will impact cost more than any other item. Also, respond to whomever responded to your requests. They have taken the time to respond - let them know if you are interested or not.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Constantly looking at ways to improve service. The BBQ industry is not one to "innovate" - since we want everything authentic.

Was urged by friends, family and by general demand from people that wanted my food.
