I think its human nature to question your decision after a major purchase. Weve all experienced that inner voice asking did I make the right decision? Was I too hasty ?But that was not the case this week when we had Smart Heating & Air Conditioning replace our homes air conditioner. Both my wife and I are so pleased and confident with our decision.From my first contact with Susie about our appointment and then her follow up and updates, to having technician Juan show me exactly what the immediate problem was, and answering all my questions, even making a call to get one answer. I didnt know exactly what we would decide, but I knew this company was special. I knew whatever we decided to do, we wanted this company to do it.My wife and I agreed it was best to replace our 23 year old system. Mike Jestadt, Smart Heating & ACs owner, showed us the systems best designed for our size home. He looked at every vent in every room on both floors and explained why our old system was so overworked. He made our decision an easy one. And once the installation was being completed, Mike came to inspect the work his team, Benny, Jorge, Emilio, and Brandon, had done to make sure every detail of the job was perfect. One more reason we were so confident in our decision to trust Smart Heating & Air Conditioning.

Smart Heating & Air Conditioning not only installed a new AC unit for our home at a great price, but installed it the day after they came out for the initial estimate. That was a lifesaver because we are expecting family from out of town this weekend -- which is expected to be a scorcher.The install was quick and simple, and although we had a minor mishap with our fan staying on, Mike (the owner) contacted me almost immediately after I let them know -- and it was fixed the next day.If I could give six stars, I'd have given them.

We have very competitive prices. We provide a variety of discounts, especial promotions, discounts to our Senior citizen and our Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to find out what the clients needs are. Once we know the need we then schedule the appropriate technician to visit the client's property. Due to the fact that HVAC has many different services, we follow a strict process to ensure our clients are receiving the proper care and treatment for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience combined with ongoing training 3-4 times a week for all team members.
