I would highly recommend Smart Heating and Air to anyone needing repair or replacement of heat or air. London, the technician, came to service our furnace but found a problem with our ductwork so we couldn't move ahead on the evaluation but just the fact that he found and recognized the problem which is under warranty was a blessing we would not have known about prior to his coming. If not under warranty, I would have used this company to fix the ductwork and when repaired will have them evaluate the furnace as planned. I think they are a costumer oriented company that care about the work they do and are fair and honest when dealing with clients.

Emilio came to our home today, shook my hand and my husband’s and introduced himself. He proceeded to ask me what the issues were and he started his work. Our Xfinity tech was here to combine forces as the initial issue we had was with their thermostats. I determined I no longer wanted these thermostats. We needed two different so Emilio drove to the warehouse to retrieve a second and installed both thermostats. He performed a tune-up on our furnace and it’s working perfectly with the new thermostats. I will be choosing Smart Heating and Air Conditioning for all our HVAC needs. Thank you so much.

We had an excellent experience w Smart Heating & Air Conditioning. They were super responsive and London was right on time, easy to work with and performed a thorough maintenance check on our furnace. He was diligent with the inspection and sat down w us afterward to walk through all the details, including before and after pictures (our furnace is in a crawl space). We will definitely call Smart Heating again both for maintenance checks and whatever problems we run into. Highly recommend them!

I hired Smart Heating & Air as my heater wasn’t heating very well. After discovering safety concerns upon inspection and taking into account the system was 22 years old, we did a full hvac replacement. They were very quick to come out for a quote and also were able to get the work done earlier than expected.

The typical process is to find out what the clients needs are. Once we know the need we then schedule the appropriate technician to visit the client's property. Due to the fact that HVAC has many different services, we follow a strict process to ensure our clients are receiving the proper care and treatment for their needs.

20 years of experience combined with ongoing training 3-4 times a week for all team members.
