Juan was friendly, on time, respectful, and efficient at servicing my SMART furnace system. He detected a water leak in a pipe and fixed that and also connected an older Nest thermostat to my in-house Google system. I was able to connect a new model but not this older one. Im very impressed by the work the SMART does, from first contact with their phone representatives to the final job.

Juan provided great service for our routine HVAC maintenance. SMART always communicates well and proactively. Sending photos of all work theyve done, so its clear that theyve checked everything. For their subscription maintenance, they schedule twice a year with us and dont require us to reach out to schedule it ourselves.

Smart Heating & AC is local family owned business. They have vast experience in the field and do not try to upsell unnecessary services. They provide what is needed for the customer. Above all they are kind, professional local people. I wouldnt trust anyone else in my home. They service the local areas in Concord and East Bay. Instead of trying to upsell me, Mike and team stated I needed a thorough cleaning so my system can breathe and work more efficiently. Anyone else would try to sell a bunch things if you didnt know better. Highly recommended!

We have very competitive prices. We provide a variety of discounts, especial promotions, discounts to our Senior citizen and our Veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process is to find out what the clients needs are. Once we know the need we then schedule the appropriate technician to visit the client's property. Due to the fact that HVAC has many different services, we follow a strict process to ensure our clients are receiving the proper care and treatment for their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 years of experience combined with ongoing training 3-4 times a week for all team members.
