Mario did an amazing job! He provided great service from start to finish and was extremely knowledgeable about everything involving my fireplace and chimney. He explained what needed to be done, answered all my questions, and made the whole process easy to understand. I’ll definitely be using him again for future chimney work.

Mario was so incredibly thorough in his visit. In addition to cleaning all the ducts and dryer vent (included, which all the other companies were going to charge for), he generously fished out the numerous markers, crayons and toys that my toddler had thrown into the larger grates. Cyclone was also the most affordable option that I found for my area (Berkeley) and they made scheduling very easy. Recommend 100%!

I spoke with Mario during scheduling, and he walked me through their processinspection, duct cleaning, furnace vent cleaning, and maintenance check. On the appointment day, the technician arrived exactly on time. He protected floors, inspected the ducts for buildup, ran a full vent cleaning, and even cleaned my dryer vent system thoroughly.Afterwards, airflow feels noticeably stronger, the furnace smells cleaner, and I feel more confident about indoor air quality. So out of the 8-10 or so quotes we requested on Yelp, I ended up going for this company. Mario introduced me to him, told him what he was going to do: inspect the inside and outside, cleaning it, and check for any other needs or repairs if needed. In about 30-35 minutes, my chimney was checked, no need to replace the cap, lots of cobwebs and was cleaned within minutes.No fuss, it went well so far, can now just my fireplace after no maintenance/cleaning for more than 10+ years or so.
