Wally came all the way from Concord to give me an estimate on what needed to be done to resolve two separate electrical issues. He was straight forward about the work that had been previously done incorrectly and what it would cost to get everything corrected and completed. I appreciated his direct approach and honesty.
Called Mr. Electric because we needed several miscellaneous projects done at our home. They are different than other electricians. They’re bonded, licensed, and I appreciate that they do not give quotes over the phone. We had called several electricians for quotes that were given over the phone, when they actually came to scope the job, phone quotes were completely void and much higher than what was given over the phone. That was when I realized that electricians will do that, hoping that once they are there we would just agree. Mr. Electric is different where they came out and did a thorough safety inspection of our electrical, gave us a solid quote that did not change. Technicians were very professional and dressed in uniform and wore booties around our home, they were very clean and so nice! Our job took a couple of days to finish. The second day, it was a different technician, but because they take notes, I didn’t have to explain to the technician on the second day, what needed to be done. We’re very happy with the work that was done and will be calling them again in the future!

The guy they sent for a quote was extremelly professional. Hovewer - the price was extremelly high. At least 40% higher than any other company I requested quote from. Basically it was around 1500 dollars for an hour. Ended up doing the project myself, as I was not ready to pay my monthly wage for 5 hours of work. If moneys are out of question - would recommend these guys. An electrician they sent seemed the most pleasant to deal with among all other companies.
