Tate General Contracting (TGC) is a California Licensed “B” (“General Contractor” Lic# 773820), and we are both bonded and insured. We have done almost every conceivable construction project over the years, but since I am getting on in years, I prefer smaller jobs like Bathrooms and Kitchens. I started out has a Union Journeyman Electrician in San Francisco in the 70’s (Local 6) and include that as well in my scope of “preferred work”. Anything from a complete service panel upgrade to rewiring an entire residence is no problem for us. TGC can handle any size project with precision, quality and excellence.
