Our Tech was on time, friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. He explained everything to me as he serviced and cleaned the fireplace. He was also prepared with parts if they were needed. He did not try to sell me anything I did not need. Fireplace now works well and looks great. Very happy customer.

Luis at Fireplace Techs was EXCELLENT- he was super responsive, arrived early for a weekend appointment and did excellent work inspecting and cleaning our gas fireplace. I will hire him again for sure.

Luis and Fireplace-Techs are the real deal. I now have them saved in my phone for all future fireplace needs. Luis responded quickly and troubleshot my issue via text. Instead of recommending a costly replacement like some others might to make an extra buck, he suggested starting with a maintenance/cleaning. He arrived on time and was very respectful of my home - even wearing shoe covers and putting a blanket down in the work area. He repaired our unit and has it working (and looking) like new! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and strong integrity. Don't hesitate to call or hire Fireplace-Techs!

These guys were fantastic. Easy to communicate with, great service, and in the budget they stated. They fixed my gas fireplace and left it looking like new. They were also very clean and careful, making sure to not leave a trace.
