Home Quality Remodeling! I am soo thankful and grateful to Home Quality Remodeling, I don't believe they know the kind of impact they have had on our local community! I am employed at one of the many business who got hit really hard during COVID in 2020/2021 and on top of dealing with that uncertainty we also had one of our front windows (These are large windows) shattered due to a heartless vandalism. One of the members of our community, Adrienne Villavisencio, informed us that Home Quality Remodeling was wanting to give back to the community and she had told them about our shattered window. She told us that the Owner, Ron wanted to repair/ replace our window for free to help us! This was a such an amazing gift and gesture and made such an impact on not just the Owner of our business, but the staff and members of our TFX Community! We will be forever thankful to Adrienne, Ron and everyone at Home Quality Remodeling for this gift they made and what impact they made on our community! Thank You! You are simply amazing

They are Angels in disguise. I am forever grateful to Home Quality Remodeling, I don't believe they know the kind of impact they have had on us :) We are one of the business who got hit really hard during COVID in 2020 and on top of dealing with that uncertainty we also had one of our front windows (These are large windows) broken into pieces by someone with no heart (obviously) so we were affected by that as well and it seemed like we could not catch a break and then I heard from Adrienne Villavisencio. She is a member of our awesome community and she told me that the owner of the company she works for Ron, from Home Quality Remodeling would want to help us out and repair our window for absolutely free! I was in tears when I got home that night. Adrienne said they are just looking to give back to the community and I told them about you. As a business owner myself, I was so grateful to know that someone who I have never met (Ron and his team) would want to help us out just out of the goodness of their hearts. We have been in business for 10 years and we have never had a year like 2020 so it was so amazingly overwhelming (in the best possible way) to have someone help you the way they helped us by replacing our window for free. They came in last Saturday and installed our brand new window, I met Ron's team and they were all so kind, helpful and you could tell that they love Ron because of the way they speak of him. And in the end you know a company by its leader and if the owner of that company has a good heart everything will always work well and I don't know about you but that's the kind of people I want to work with. This is review is such a pleasure for me to write. Ronnie and his crew did magic in our home, and they were the most trustworthy, smart, kind and respectful team ever. They were not our cheapest option, but read on to know why cheap may not always be best :DAfter getting our plans done with our architect in March, we were itching to get started with our bathroom project; we ideally wanted it to be done by the summer because we had a big trip planned over a few weeks. We hired a contractor (NOT HQR) , who gave us a timeline to start and then blew past it, with little to no communication. After 2 months of delay (and them always turning our pleas to start the project into little jokes), we severed our ties with them and were back to square one, with an additional heaping spoonful of frustration. Not one to be defeated, my husband heard of BuildZoom and ended up requesting quotes for our project. HQR replied, as well as a couple other contractors. I clicked with Ronnie and his teammate immediately (unbeknownst to them, because I likely did not sound very nice that day) and told my husband I would be working with no one else. That feeling was reinforced by the fact that one of their Yelp reviews was from a gentleman who was gone the whole duration of the project, but had still come home to perfectly executed work. Yep, we had a winner.Only issue: their quote was much higher than the one we had before. After really negotiating with them, they agreed to work with us a bit. We definitely still had to invest more than we planned, but I can tell you now we do not regret it.Ronnie gave us a date immediately after we signed the contract, and we were slated to start 2 weeks later. Here is the funny part: we were so used to lies and fake deadlines from our previous contractor that we actually forgot and chaos ensued when Ronnie texted us 2 days before the start date to ask if we were ready (WE WERE NOT). We proceeded to move our poor parents ASAP (they were visiting), empty the room next to the bathroom and prep for the crews arrival in a couple days. It was epic.Work started as planned, and moved super fast. We only ran into delays when waiting for inspectors; otherwise everything was smooth. Ronnies crew helped get materials (we were traveling for over half of the project, so we made WhatsApp work for it), pick up fixtures, schedule appointments with inspectors, and just everything that was needed for the project to be completed on time. They even gave us a referral for the glass enclosure for the shower.Our project was completed in less time than scheduled, and I want to mention that Ronnie was also on vacation for some of it; crew kept moving with no issues at all.Thanks HQR (especially Ronnie and Eilio) for our bathroom; working with you was such a pleasure, and we will recommend you to anyone who comes our way!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free in-home appointment that will followed up by a ballpark estimate. If the estimate is within the customer's budget we will write out a full scope of work and discuss with client. Once the scope of work and price is approved we will enter into a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed general contractor that remodels bathrooms, kitchens, multi-rooms and house additions. We work with licensed sub-contractors when needed and have several in-house crews that have many years experience with their related field.
