The light and outlet did not work. It was not a straight issue to detect. After testing, he found the shorted wire inside the wall.
The shorted wire was replaced and everything is up and running. Thanks.
I will hire him again for future work.

Alex was so knowledgeable and made the process of hanging our large light fixture + adding a new outlet fast and easy. He was positive, punctual and worked quickly - pivoting as the requirements of the job changed in real time and explaining why certain decisions needed to be made so that I felt clear and empowered. Would hire again for sure.
