- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to initially find out what their needs are, make sure everyone will be there that needs to sign, go over pricing and schedule an appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Working in the mortgage industry with concentration on refinancing helped me be very familiar with loan documents. I also have a general notary work certification, a 91% test score on the state notary exam and am a Certified Loan Signing Agent through the National Notary Association.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was in the mortgage business years ago and when I would meet the client to sign the documents we would call mobile notaries to do the notarizations. I remember liking working with a variety of people so I became a notary.
