Introduction: Sure Serve is a nationwide process serving company. We specialize in the service of legal documents in California; however, we also provide service of process throughout the United States. Sure Serve is experienced in the service of all types of legal documents from summons and complaints to unlawful detainers as well as small claims, family law papers, etc. We offer 2 levels of service. These are the following: * Routine: First attempt is made within 3 days, then 2-3 attempts are done per week. * Rush: First attempt is within 24 hours or same day, then 5 attempts in the first 7 days and subsequent attempts every 48 hours. The service that we provide is what I call a flat rate within reason which means that we will make attempts until the paper is served, the address is deemed bad or we find that the subject is evasive. If we determine that the person is evasive, we will make attempts within reason, and then a more sophisticate plan of attack can be devised if necessary. Evasive defendants consist of about 2-5% of the services that we do which means that it is a small percentage, and that the rest of the papers get served. Sure Serve has been in business for 12 years, and I have 15 years of experience in the field. I am well connected and have a team of excellent server over all of California and the United States, so we are well equipped to service all of your process serving needs. Additional services include court filing of documents, point-to-point deliver and the service and preparation of wage garnishment and bank levies. Customer service is also a large part of my service. We provide status upon request and have a quick turnaround time on returning proofs of service. You will always receive a flat rate price quote with no hidden cost.
