- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most services begin with a consultation to better understand the client’s needs. This can be done by email, phone or video call. For resumes, candidates will typically send me whatever they have (usually a draft, perhaps an advertised position they are keen on) and I will provide a first draft in 1-5 days (depending on seniority and how much work the resume needs). The final version will be provided 1-5 days after client comment/feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of in-house recruitment experience and 5+ years resume writing experience. I’m a trusted career advisor with hundreds of successful negotiations under my belt.
