I contacted Luis on getting a Smith machine disassembled and moved from on location to another. Robert and his crew showed up early and went to work immediately. The machine I had moved was a beast (800lbs+) but they handled it no problem. They reinstalled the machine at my location and made sure everything was done right. I could not be more happier with the work, attention to detail and professionalism. Definitely highly recommend Dominguez Logistics to anyone who needs stuff moved. Prices are very reasonable too. I am very glad to get help from Dominguez Logistics LLC to move my piano. First they responded very quickly and managed to accommodate my request to move the piano on the same day. The piano is really heavy and Luez and his co-worker wrapped it very well and handled with extra care. They did an excellent job and the price is just unbeatable! Pricing includes myself and helper, vehicle, mileage and hard honest work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I Check the order, text customer and see if scheduling works out for us. If so, we agree on a time and date and meet customer at 1st location.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Retail Store and I go restock merchandise to LA and have to pack the van to capacity. Things need to be packed correctly to make it all fit.
