FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge a minimum of $750 per campaign for the first month. Then, $500 per month for every month afterwards. This cost includes development and management of the campaign.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to EARN your business NOT ask for it. So, the first thing I always do is analyze your current online presence. I want to see what you're good at and where you need improvement. Once I get a good understanding of where you are, we'll discuss and clearly identify your objective. Whether it be getting more leads, driving customers to your business, increasing your online social presence, or building a loyal following, it's important we both know what your end goal is. Once that's identified, then I can build a test campaign and sales funnel. From there, I'd test the campaign for 24-48 hours with no service charges billed to you. You'd just be responsible for any costs of running any ads, which is usually around $20-60 (cost may vary). After the test campaign, we'll be able to make some projections and figure out what other adjustments can be made to make the campaign run more efficiently. Then, it's all on you. If you want to move forward with the full service or wait on it, that's totally fine. The MOST important thing is that we take the time to get supportive data that can help you make a better decision on whether or not my services are actually right for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my knowledge comes directly from first hand experience with growing brand awareness, creating a larger social following, and building a loyal customer base for my business partner in my second company in the music industry. I've done everything from increase his combined social following from 5000 to over 900K+ in a little over 1 1/2 years, building a cult following, and creating a loyal fan base. We've spent thousands on every type of advertising and marketing tactic you can think of. You can look him up: Omar Kadir - Music Artist. (Instagram & Vine @omarkadir; Facebook.com/omarkmusic) Because I've seen first hand on what works and what doesn't, I've been able to take all those experiences and build universal processes that can be applied to small businesses and brands from all types of industries. The common factor amongst all industries is the fact that they all have customers and clientele that are in need of their services and products. So, the foundation behind making those services and products known to an industry's audience is the same.
