- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the job, not by the hour. You will know what the cost is before any work is done. We give an evaluation of the plumbing problem and an estimate to repair or replace.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Provide the customer with the information they need to make a decision. Let them know what will be done and with what materials. Give them options.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
30+ years plumbing experience.
