I hired Plumbing Geek to inspect a job that another plumber had done. Brian came out and assured me that it was a good job and that it would pass inspection. Everyone that I spoke to at this company was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to call them for any plumbing needs I have in the future.

when the tech came I through it was strange he never pull out a tablet or phone to take any notes or photos he just told me it might cost this or that . I had 3 items to get an estimate. The 1st was the toilet it need a wax ring cause it was leaking from the back. The tech sad it was the tank was leaking and the seals in the tank need to be replace. 2nd the water inlet value from the refrigerator which he will have to cut a whole in the wall to fix it. No problem. 3rd the faucet Leaks in the back yard again he will have to cut a hole in the wall. No problem. I started to write his quotes done he said he will email me. He really didn't seam sure of himself with the quotes. I never got an email for what he charged me for. The service call was $25.00 I would have called and complain to his Boss but I decide to let it go. I had to go with another company that got the job done with no problem. That tech needs to be retrained in customer service. He probably claimed he didn't come to the house at all. PLUMBING GEEK DID REACH OUT TO ME AND EXPLAINED THE MISHAP WITH THE TECH. IF I NEED ANY MORE PLUMBING DONE I WILL SURE CALL THEM BACK. I GIVE THEM 5 STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPOND.

Brian from Plumbing Geek came out and fixed our low flow shower pressure quickly and also gave us info with potential problems if that didn't solve the issue, along with estimates for those alternative options. We appreciate the fast response, professionalism, up front pricing/quotes, no hard sales, and for also wearing booties in our house. If we need plumbing help again, we will contact Plumbing Geek!
