Chris + Joe came out to repair my AC that was blowing hot air. They gave me several options on how to repair the problem. This is a great veteran owned company that’s truly honest and fair. Great to finally meet someone I can trust. They fixed the issue and I know it was fixed right. I’ll be calling them again if anything else happens. They even wear the blue booties!

My first experience with this veteran owned small local trade business was a stellar experience. I got a response to my inquiry within 5 minutes, they fit in a same day site visit to quote me and were at my house right on time. Clayton was extremely professional and talked to me about options. We settled on what it would take to remove the toilet and unclog it (we had a sneaking suspicion a three year old flushed some toys away). He started working on it right away, taking photos of various excavated legos and deteriorated gaskets. He was quiet, clean and quick moving. I could not have asked for a better experience with competitive pricing. Clayton was great and let me know about their other HVAC and yearly service plans. I will definitely use Authority Plumbing again over other large careless and upselling plumbing businesses in the area.
