My first experience with this veteran owned small local trade business was a stellar experience. I got a response to my inquiry within 5 minutes, they fit in a same day site visit to quote me and were at my house right on time. Clayton was extremely professional and talked to me about options. We settled on what it would take to remove the toilet and unclog it (we had a sneaking suspicion a three year old flushed some toys away). He started working on it right away, taking photos of various excavated legos and deteriorated gaskets. He was quiet, clean and quick moving. I could not have asked for a better experience with competitive pricing. Clayton was great and let me know about their other HVAC and yearly service plans. I will definitely use Authority Plumbing again over other large careless and upselling plumbing businesses in the area.

Chris arrived on time, was very professional, and immediately diagnosed the problem. He explained everything clearly and gave me a fair estimate before starting any work. The repair was completed efficiently, and he even cleaned up afterward. I really appreciated his attention to detail and transparency throughout the process.
