Perfect service every time. They arrived 5 minutes early and waited patiently till the scheduled time. The team was in and out quickly and efficiently. Dealt with other appliance repairs and this was the first time its been done correctly right off the bat.

Contacted JIM Appliance Repair when my KitchenAid double oven stopped working. In my conversation with the operator, he gave me options to resolve the issue and when it couldn't be done via phone, scheduled a tech to come out and diagnose it in person. As the circuit board was faulty, the repair tech was able to replace and get it back working in a timely manner.

Came out same day to fix my broken down kitchen aid built in refrigerator. The control board was discontinued but somehow they had one on hand. Price was fair due to the availability of this part and the cost of replacement of refrigerator. Great service, thanks guys!

    We charge 65 to come out and provide an estimate for most appliances. Certain higher end brands and models may carry additional fees that will be discussed prior to coming The diagnostic fees are waived if repairs are completed

    We are constantly taking courses from various organization like MSA and United appliance servicers association. We also have access to most manufacturer tech support data and numerous vendors for parts
