FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will need to know the actual CARPETED rooms when you contact me. Such as living room, dining room, family room, bonus room, loft, hallway, stairs, landing, how many bedrooms, retreat off master bedroom, baths, vanitys and walk in closets etc. FOR COMMERCIAL ESTIMATES I REALLY NEED TO COME OUT AND ESTIMATE IT ONSITE. I CAN GIVE A PRETTY GOOD ESTIMATE OVER THE PHONE IF THAT MEETS YOUR NEEDS.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
If the price sounds to low to be true then most likely it is. They will give you a price on the phone then come in and try to sell you pre conditioning, pre spotting etc. That should already be part of there job!!! Any reputable company will only offer deep sanitizer/ deodorizer and protectants as additional services.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
If you have had pet accidents or large spills in any rooms you should have them deep sanitized/ deodorized aswell as the cleaning. Protectants such as Scotchguard type products do work well when applied properly. You can still get a spot or stain though, your chances of getting them out with protection on your carpets increases dramatically. I offer a great Lemon deep sanitizer/ deodorizer at $15 per room or area and stain protectant at $10 per room or area. Either of these services on a sofa is $35, a loveseat $25, a chair $20 and a sectional sofa $60. SOME COMPANYS CHARGE DOUBLE THAT AMOUNT FOR THESE SERVICES.
