I could write an essay and not be able to fully say thank you to Hector for everything he did as our wedding coordinator. First off, Hector's pricing is extremely reasonable and the quality and value of his services is immense.
Hector is well-organized and very knowledgeable about weddings, from rehearsal dinner details to decoration aesthetic to tying it all together on the big day. Hector went above and beyond anything I could have asked for from a coordinator. He helped set up the decorations on the tables and created an elegant and refined style using the decor I had brought. He balanced florals and decor elements to create a high-end look on my DIY-budget.
His coordinating process was simple, straightforward and efficient. He had a GoogleDoc where we filled out details and from there, everything came together.
Hector is one of the hardest workers I have ever met and I wish him all the success in this competitive industry. I am confident that he will add value to any event he handles and I would most definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a coordinator.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with Hector as our wedding coordinator. He was truly outstanding from start to finish. Our wedding day had a last-minute weather concern with potential rain, and we had to pivot and adjust many details quickly. He handled everything seamlessly and kept everything running smoothly despite the challenges.
On the day of the event, he coordinated effortlessly with multiple vendors, made sure we stayed on track with our timeline, and took so much stress off our shoulders. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because he was always one step ahead.
At the end of the night, he even made sure everything was properly packed up and taken care of, which meant so much to us. His professionalism, calmness, and attention to detail were truly incredible.
We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator—he was simply amazing, and we highly recommend him!
