I must say ever since both my babies went to their training I have gotten multiple comments of how well they are, Chad is amazing and definitely help me with any of my doubts and he was quick on making recommendations that would asses my dogs to a better lifestyle. Their team help my babies a lot, one of my babies is big on his character and Chad let me know from the beginning that he will be needing more work, but ever since his been out of his training I can handle my dogs and feel more confident handling them. During their training process he always kept me updated and would send me videos of the best ways to handle my dogs. I could tell they really enjoyed the time with uncle Chad! Some of the pics are from their actual training and nothing beats that smile on their face! Every penny well spent.

Found Chad and his wife Kyla’s dog training from a friend. We have a pittie/staffy who needed some guidance in terms of behavior. Chad and Kyla were very responsive and walked us through what they do, what to expect for our dog, and what WE as dog owners need to practice after the fact. Chad was very caring and didn’t press the need to connect with our dog. He was very attentive to her needs and over time, she was able to trust him and allow him to work with her. Along the way, he was able to pick up on her triggers and habits of correcting said behavior. With that, he walked my fiance and I through his day-to-day instructions on how she responds and correcting unwanted behavior. We would engage via text, email, or Instagram without problems. He would post updates of her and allowed us to visit during trainings. Upon wrapping up her training, we learned more about her and how to help which overall was the reason we went to Chad in the first place. Highly recommended following him on Instagram or checking out his home/training facility if you’re curious.

We’ve worked with a handful of dog trainers over the past few years, mainly addressing our dog’s extreme reactivity with other dogs. And, while we learned something with each that furthered our relationship with our dog, I was left feeling like we were missing something, and that, I, personally, was “failing” in some way. Through TFE’s (Chad's) quick understanding of our family dynamics and our dog’s interesting personality, Chad helped us better integrate him into our lives. Cannot tell you how good that feels . . . all while letting him be the dog he is! I’m inspired to continue to improve on our foundation and incorporate the many things, big and small, that was shared with us. Most importantly, I now have the confidence to be the best partner, friend and leader for him. Mahalo . . . for giving me direct feedback that “I’ve got this!” I highly recommend TFE/Chad if you are having issues for which you want a clear and honest path.

I hired Chad after following him online for about a year. I followed him and some other dog trainers in hopes of learning a thing or two for my reactive Doberman/German Shepherd. I ultimately chose to work with Chad because not only does he know a ton about dog behavior but he also deeply cares about the dogs and people he works with. He practices what he preaches online. It’s not a facade you see with lots of online trainers. He worked with Scout for 3 weeks as a board and train, and man was it the best decision I ever made. During the process I was able to visit and do training sessions along with them and I could already see a difference. After the 3 weeks, I brought my Scout home and to say I was pleased would be an understatement. He came home less anxious and more confident. We can now go out on our runs/hikes with less stress and all the tools and techniques that Captain Chad taught us. I also plan on using them for boarding in the future, even though it’s a drive for me. The bond and love that Scout and Chad built in 3 weeks is worth any amount of distance for me. I’m eternally grateful that I found Team Floppy Ears and will recommend this program to everyone. My only regret is that I didn’t get my best friend help sooner than I did. His program offers the results it promises. And having my dog thrive now as a result makes my heart beyond happy. Thank you Chad and all of Team Floppy Ears!
