This was easily the most amazing help from a pro that I have ever received! David replied within 15min on a Saturday and offered to fix the problem for free (yes, for free!! and no, I have never heard of him before!) by walking me through a couple of potential issues over the phone, based on my description of the problem. I called him up the next day (Sunday) and, sure enough, after 10 mins of Facetime and following his instructions, the electrical outlets that had been dead for a week in our garage were back up and running! Plus I learned how to fix the problem if it ever occurs again. I had a couple of standard counteroffers to come out on a weekday for $$, which obviously weren't necessary.. But this was unbelievable! Somebody who genuinely wants to help and is incredibly knowledgeable. And knows how to explain things in plain English. David, thank you so much once again!! I am still lost for words :-)
