I had a great experience with Donny! He responded to my request quickly and scheduled my appointment without any hassle. On the day of service, he gave me a heads-up an hour before his arrival, which I really appreciated. He did an excellent job replacing two toilets and made sure everything was installed properly. Before leaving, he cleaned up the work area, leaving it spotless. On top of that, he was very friendly and courteous throughout the process. I highly recommend Donny for any plumbing needs!

good work, and very responsive. I always look for someone that's a good communicator when hiring someone and this person communicated well. last minute I asked him to install a vanity and he had no problem. the silicone work around the sink is great

Donny responded immediately to my project to install three new toilets. The price quoted on Thumbtack ended up being the final price, which was very fair and reasonable. There were no upsells at all. He showed up exactly on time on the day and at the time I requested and finished within the timeframe he said it would take. Donny was very friendly, professional, and left the work areas clean.
