This was my first time using Thumbtack, so I read many reviews before reaching out to Donny. He was quick to respond and was very friendly and professional. Donny installed a new toilet and dispose of my old one. My water valve knob was rusted so he was able to replace the hose which he had available so it saved me time from having to go back to the store. Donny was quick and efficient. Did a fantastic job from start to finish. Communicated promptly, and was able to come next day. We were worried we would need to replace my 96 yr old grandmas toilet, but he was able to fix it, and didn’t end up needing a new toilet. He was quick and efficient, and extremely fair with pricing.
