Donny arrived right on time, giving me a text with his eta about 10 minutes prior. He is a very friendly guy with great communication and customer interface skills; even likes dogs and happily accepted lots of affection from our Golden Retriever. Donny got right down to business removing the completely rusted under-basin kitchen faucet nut that had fused to its flange and refused to budge. It was no match for Donny and even though the project (remove old/replace with new) turned out to be a lot more work than was originally planned for thanks to the stupid nut, Donny stuck to his original estimate. Overall, working with Donny was a great experience and I’ll be looking forward to working with him again.
