First time hiring someone from Thumbtack and I couldn’t have found a better professional. Donny responded quick, I booked a service to repair my toilet but the day of I changed it to just replacing a faucet in my bathroom. Donny came the time we booked and was very communicative upon arrival. While fixing my faucet he noticed he needed to upgrade my shut off valves and did a great job. It’s working like a charm. Donny helped to install a new faucet in my condo. He assessed the sink first and suggested to shut the water off first so I wouldn’t experience leaks, which I appreciated it. He could’ve just done the job and not mention anything about the pipes, but he was thorough and honest. I’d highly recommend him and would absolutely contact him in the future if anything arises
