Ivan and Precision were beyond amazing throughput a long and complicated project. They expertly managed pretty much every issue you could encounter—black mold, asbestos, insurance, incompetent HOA, along with all the usual surprises one would expect while renovating a 1970’s structure that hadn’t been maintained. In addition, I live in the Bay Area, so he was great at communicating, documenting progress and arranging schedules around my visits. My favorite day was when he went with me to help pick out materials. He was so helpful and the process was easy and fun! He also worked wonderfully with insurance and my property management company, and helped with removing furniture and other logistics. But most of all, Ivan was a calm, steady, caring presence in an otherwise stressful and difficult situation. Working with Ivan and Precision, I knew everything would work out—and it did, beautifully!

After a flood in our home, they came out immediately and took care of all renovations within the time and price that was quoted. They helped us navigate our insurance company and kept us informed every step along the way. We liked them so much that we used them again when we moved into our new home and will definitely use them again.

Having an unexpected kitchen renovation because of our water leak was very stressful, but everyone at Precision General Contractors was so pleasant to work with. Ivan, thank you for your guidance and support in dealing with the insurance company. Yvette, thank you for always being reassuring, readily available with our questions and concerns, and so responsive. You were our best friend throughout the process!! Robert, Abraham, Sergio, Israel, Xio, and all the others, thank you for being so attentive, accommodating, and keeping things moving along so we could be back in our home before our son had to back to school. Overall, we are so appreciative, grateful, and impressed with how quickly things came together once the demolition started!!
