We initially asked Sam to install a new vanity for us. There were some complications that came up for this project but Sam was able to solve the issues easily and without additional cost. He was a true professional and since the first job we have asked Sam to complete other projects that have gone as good as we could have imagined. We highly recommend Sam for any home improvement job. Sam got the job done as he said he would. He even went to purchase the fixture and faucet replacements that he installed and sent me pics from the store which saved me time and trouble. He should go on time and communicates quickly.

Work was great and he knew what he was doing however I would not call him back. He did advise that the price originally quotes was only for the labor but that I would have to pay for the materials which I was okay with. He said he would show me the receipt and I would just reimburse him. Come to find out at the end of the job he took all the materials back with him. When I asked where the leftover materials were he said that he used his stucco and plastic cover and other items. He’s saying whether he used his own materials or the new ones he bought he still used the items. So basically I am replenishing his materials. I also noticed items on the receipt that he didn’t use and he still charged me for. Although it was only a few dollars it all added up. It wasn’t until I made a big deal out of the materials he gave me a couple of the leftover items.

Sam was awesome and was able to complete a same day service. I contacted him at 2pm and he was ready at my house to work at 430pm same day! He installed a new faucet , and garbage disposal before 730pm.

Sam was excellent to work with. He completed a variety of tasks including lighting, painting, repairs and installation. All of the work was at my vacation home, so I was not present…Sam coordinated and completed the work at my home while I was in another state. He is reliable, honest, skilled and responsive.
