When you ask for a house to be cleaned, I expect that it includes the front room and dining room. But it didn’t. I had to ask the cleaners to dust the living room and they didn’t dust the dining room. The kitchen floor was not cleaned very good. We didn’t even ask them to dust all of the family room. Two cleaners were here for 2 hours. I expected at least 3 hours of work.

If you had mentioned there was something you were not satisfied with, we would have resolve the issue. Two cleaners were there for over 2 hours which is equivalent to 4 hours.
