I used Four Seasons to clean and dust all the common areas of my late father’s house. He let the house. I was pleasantly surprised when they came 15 minutes earlier than expected. I was grateful to get the appointment for the next day as my flight was later that night. They were very pleased with the ladies that came and plan to hire them again once we are ready for the second floor to be cleaned. Thank you Melissa for making the accommodation for a next day appointment and thank you for Shannon and team for cleaning the house so nicely.

I am the primary caretaker of my elderly parents and tend to also do most of the heavy cleaning. I’ve found my schedule being a bit chaotic to manage lately and I needed help with the monotonous chores that eat up so much of my time on the weekends. It’s hard to balance a 50+ hour work week, gym schedule, do DIY jobs in the home, pay attention to my parents needs, do what I need to do to survive AND try and date. So I reached out to Four Seasons for a once a month cleaning service. So far I’m pretty happy with my decision. I feel I keep a decently kept home, but I know things can get away from me. It took Shannon about 5 hours to clean my home- primarily focusing on the bathrooms and bedrooms. I assume it took as long as it did due to being the first time over, I believe it will be faster next time she is over if we maintain the monthly schedule. She did a great job. I’ve struggled to clean the rust staining from the hard water at the bottom of my toilet for months and she got it glistening white! Rooms were nicely dusted and I honestly don’t have any outstanding complaints.

Shannon did a great job and our house is sparkling clean! We tried a previous company and they charge for hours but four seasons did a great job and made sure the work is done and stayed until completion! A++

I found four seasons to be professional, courteous and effective. My situation was unique because I needed a move in/move out cleaning completed for my rental property with short notice. Amanda and Shannon were quick to accomodate my request, and they were gracious with my very "involved" way of doing business. My property was clean, and I was satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate so we clean until your home is clean
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon inquiry we provide an estimate over the phone or via message. if you would indeed like to move forward with scheduling your cleaning with us a reservation/payment is required. We want to ensure each client is well taken care of, this requires careful planning of the days ahead. Our goal is to honor your time and all clients time we cannot do that if there is an influx in bookings. We will send a receipt and a text to confirm your cleaning is officially scheduled. We commit to a 2 hour arrival window and will text when en route to your home.
