I contacted Justin with JustJunkPros to empty a self storage unit. He returned my initial call quickly, and was prepared to book the job within 2 days. He arrived at the agreed-upon time, and even gave me a courtesy call when he was on his way to the site. At the end of the job, I offered to pay him more than the price he had quoted (it was a much bigger chore than I had thought it would be) but he refused my offer. I found Justin to be friendly, polite, and very easy to work with. He’s definitely on my speed dial for my next clean up or hauling job.
