If you have the opportunity use Glenda's services don't hesitate. She is one of the best notaries I have ever worked with. This past Sunday I had an notary who accepted a job for a loan signing. These loan documents had to be signed on Sunday or the loan could not close on time and would have been delayed for a month since it involves an FHA loan payoff. The original notary who accepted the order knew this. However, she disappeared on us and was MIA all day. The customer and I were both completely stressed out over the situation. I found Glenda online, called her at about 3:30 pm Sunday, explained our situation to her and she happily rearranged her Sunday evening to accept the order and make this loan happen for both the customer and I. Not many people are willing to work on a Sunday evening and I was expecting a big No. But that was not what I heard from Glenda at all. After she accepted the order I e-mailed her the loan documents, she contacted the customer and was out at her house at 7:30 pm that evening. Monday morning the borrower called me to thank me and tell me how great Glenda was with her. The borrower had a ton of questions and really wanted to understand the paperwork. Glenda stayed with the borrower for 3 hours and did not leave her home until 10:30. Glenda did not get frustrated by this at all and maintained her patience and professionalism the entire time. I've had notaries get frustrated when an lose their cool after 1 hour with a client during normal business hours. Not Glenda. She maintained her cool for 3 hours on a late Sunday evening and made the experience for the customer one that she was extremely grateful for. Glenda also kept in contact with me on Monday to make sure I had what I needed from her in regards to the loan documents being shipped back to escrow, etc. Glenda is truly a great notary, a true professional and a pleasure to work with. I will use her any time I have the opportunity to.
