- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our resume writing service is $600, also payable in monthly installments at no extra cost. You can get $200 referral credit for referring a client to us. You can use this credit as a discount for yourself or you can pass it on to a friend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Here is how to work with us: Immediately after your purchase, here's what will happen: 1. You'll be redirected to our call scheduling page where you can schedule a call with one of our industry experts for a time most suitable for you. 2. Our resume writer will speak to you about your experience at the appointed time for about 90 minutes. 3. We'll put together your files from scratch. 4. You’ll have all the documents that you purchased within five business days of your information-gathering call. 5. After you receive your materials, if you need any changes made or if your job search isn't going as anticipated, I'll work with you one-on-one until your response improves. We will also be following up with you at least once a month to make sure your search is going well. If it's not, we’ll give you resources free of charge to support you. 6. I am also connected to a few recruiters who recruit for your roles. I will share your resume with them in case they have something interesting that is in line with your strengths -- of course, after seeking your permission. We are connected with recruiters from America's top recruitment firms, such as Lucas Group, Boyden, Barbachano International, and Robert Half.
