- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for customers that purchase and have a Whole House Water Refining System installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A Nuvia representative will sit down with the customer so that we can perform the water test and show them the quality of their water. We'll also give information to the customer as to why their water quality is like that so that they can make an informed decision. If the customer wants to change their standard of living, we'll provide a plan to get their household with high-quality and great-tasting water, and then a technician will return to do the installation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team of technicians has been in the industry for more than 20 years, successfully installing numerous systems in both residential and commercial properties.
