We had a pipe burst that caused major damage to both floors of our home there was raw sewage flooded the downstairs granny suite and affected the upstairs bathroom and hallway. It was a huge mess, and we were overwhelmed. Adam and his team stepped in and completely turned the situation around.
They handled everything from demo to rebuild — tile shower, new vanity, drywall repair, new laminate flooring in the hallway, and tile in the laundry room. Everything was clean and super precise. They even created an access point for the problem pipe so we’re ready if anything happens again.
Our budget was tight, but Adam worked with us every step of the way. He helped us value engineer the project and even helped find materials that looked like what we wanted but cost a lot less. When we ran out of money towards the end, he didn’t make us feel bad — just set us up so we could finish the last touches ourselves. At no point did we feel judged or like we were a low priority. We felt supported the whole time.
This was the best experience we have had with a contractor. We have owned our house for 5 years and had a few issues and some pretty dissapointing experiences with other contractors, but Armstrong ProWorks totally turned things around. What started as an actual crappy situation ended up making our home better than it was before. We’re really thankful.
