- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call includes a diagnosis fee and a complete written estimate of the work required for your appliance. Your total bill is broken into three parts: 1) the diagnostic fee - $65. diagnostic fee applied towards repair 2) labor charge based on complexity of the job 3) parts charge Our prices are LOWER than the Major Appliance Service National Price Guide. By using this guide, we ensure that our customers are getting the best possible repair price for their dollar
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we diagnose the appliance , then we evaluate the damage, checking the necessary parts , ordering them if needed. In most cases the job is done on the dite.
